Stavneft Oil Trading LLC was founded in 2001, with international trading with petroleum products supplied directly from the major oil producers as its prime target activity. We are officially registered client (C05249) of PJSC Gazprom Neft, Russian Federation and former licensed distributor of Gazprom Neft Italia S.p.A and NIS Gazprom Neft products and services for the markets of Cyprus, Greece, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Kosovo.

Stavneft Oil Trading LLC trades all petroleum products of PJSC Gazprom Neft and its subsidiaries produced at 75 subsoil sites in 11 regions throughout Russia as well as products generated through Gazprom Neft joint development of oil field projects in Serbia, Iraq, Angola, Venezuela, Equatorial Guinea and Cuba. Gazprom Neft is a vertically integrated oil company primarily engaged in oil and gas field exploration and development, oil refining, and production and marketing of petroleum products. Gazprom Neft Group also consists of more than 70 oil production, refining and sales companies in Russia and abroad. The company refines around 80 per cent of the oil it produces, thereby demonstrating one of the highest production-to-refining ratios among Russian companies in the industry. Gazprom Neft is one of the three largest oil companies in Russia in terms of refining and ranks fourth in terms of oil production. Gazprom Neft exports its products to over 50 countries and sells its output through an extensive network of own outlets and through the cooperation with a limited number of its registered clients, both in Russia and beyond.
